The product is exactly as shown in the pictures, I thought the product would be electronic.
If you add a tray, the depth is so shallow that the lid won't close. It's okay for feeding animals. I was just planning to use it lightly, but it would have been better if it was made a bit deeper.

Item came exactly as described and in perfect condition (no cracks or dents), the leaves and ladybugs move super smoothly and easy for paws to move around, my kitty loves it and it’s perfect if your cat only stays indoors and needs stimulation.
My cat understood immediately how to use it and still has a fun time getting his treats. according to the box this is intermediate level (2 out of 3 stars difficulty)

The delivery was still good, but the box must have been treated badly somewhere along the way; let's say it was in a poor condition. As for the dispenser, it is in good condition, and all that's left is the testing with Mr. Martini to get him used to eating more slowly. I think this is a good plan???
