At Petssify, we work hard to deliver your pet’s favorites as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders (unless stated otherwise at checkout)

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Petssify is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price


Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please wait an additional 2–3 business days

  • Then contact us at support@petssify.com with your order number

We’ll be happy to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
